All products supplied by Cryopept Labs are for laboratory research use only. They are not medicines, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any diagnostic or therapeutic application.
1. Research use only
Products are sold strictly as research materials for in-vitro laboratory and analytical research by suitably qualified persons and organisations. They are not intended, labelled or supplied for any in-vivo use in humans or animals. By ordering, you confirm you understand and accept this intended use.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acquiring the products for legitimate research purposes, and that you have read and accept these Terms. Placing an order and confirming the acknowledgements at checkout constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. Handling and responsibility
The buyer is solely responsible for the safe storage, handling and lawful use of the products, including the use of appropriate protective equipment and laboratory procedures. Products are handled and used entirely at the buyer's own risk.
4. No medical or usage advice
Cryopept Labs does not provide dosing, medical, clinical or usage instructions of any kind. Any information we publish - including the knowledge base and certificates of analysis - is provided for reference and characterisation only and must not be interpreted as guidance for use.
5. Regulatory compliance
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession and use of the products comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the buyer's country. The buyer must not resell or supply the products for any prohibited or in-vivo use.
6. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros. Payment is by SEPA bank transfer; after ordering you receive an invoice with our bank details and a unique payment reference, and orders are dispatched once payment is received. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped across the European Union by DPD or DHL Express, as selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to the buyer on delivery.
8. Returns
Unopened products with an intact seal may be returned within 14 days in accordance with our returns process. For safety and integrity reasons, opened vials or products with a broken seal cannot be returned.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cryopept Labs shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use, misuse, or handling of the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lithuania.
