Ordering and payment
How do I place an order?+
Add the products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your shipping details and confirm the research-use acknowledgement, then place the order. You receive an invoice with our SEPA bank details and a unique payment reference.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Payment is by SEPA bank transfer. After ordering you get an invoice with the IBAN and a payment reference; we dispatch the order once payment is received. Card payment may be added later.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. You can check out as a guest. You can also create an account before or after ordering to see your order history and re-download your test reports.
Shipping and delivery
Which countries do you ship to?+
We ship across the European Union, including Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Orders are dispatched from Germany with tracking.
How long does delivery take?+
Up to 5 business days across the EU. Orders paid before 14:00 are dispatched the same day, and you receive a tracking number with all accompanying documents.
What is included in the package?+
Each vial ships with its batch test report and bacteriostatic water.
Quality and test reports (COA)
What is a test report (COA)?+
A per-batch document stating the compound, measured content, purity by HPLC, identity by LC-MS, the batch number and the analysis date. It is Cryopept Labs' own internal batch protocol, not a third-party certificate.
How do I verify a test report?+
Every report carries a unique 12-character key. Enter it at cryopept.com/coa to confirm the report is genuine and open it. You can also download the PDF from each product page.
What purity do you offer?+
At least 99 percent by HPLC. Every batch is tested and the exact result is printed on its report.
Storage and handling
How should lyophilised peptides be stored?+
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder is stable refrigerated at 2-8 °C, and for longer periods below -18 °C. It tolerates room temperature during shipping. Keep away from light and moisture.
How long do they stay stable?+
See the expiry date printed on the label and on the test report. We do not provide reconstitution or usage instructions.
Products and research use
Are these products for human use?+
No. All products are for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
What are blends?+
Blends (such as GLOW and KLOW) are vials containing more than one peptide. Each component and its amount are printed on the label and listed in the test report.
Do you provide dosing or usage guidance?+
No. We do not provide dosing, medical or usage instructions of any kind.
Returns and account
Can I return a product?+
Returns are accepted within 14 days under our terms, for unopened vials with an intact seal. Contact us before returning.
How do I see my orders and reports?+
Sign in to your account to view your order history and re-download the test report for each order.
