1. What data we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone number, ordered products and order history.
- Account data: email and password (stored hashed) if you create an account.
- Payment data: card payments are processed by Stripe - we never see or store full card numbers. For bank transfers we see the payer name and reference on our bank statement.
- Support messages you send us through the site chat, Telegram or email.
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) - no cookies and no personal profile.
2. Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, take payment, issue invoices, answer support questions, keep your account working, meet our accounting and legal obligations, and prevent fraud. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interest in running a secure shop. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising profiles.
3. Who we share it with
- Stripe - card payment processing and fraud prevention.
- DPD or DHL Express - the courier you choose, to deliver your order.
- Our hosting provider - servers that run the shop, chat and statistics.
- Accountants and authorities where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Lithuanian accounting law (generally 10 years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Support conversations are kept for up to 2 years.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and a copy of your data in a portable format. Write to labs@cryopept.com. You may also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
6. Cookies
We only use cookies that are needed for the shop to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so no consent banner is required.
